AI & Medical Disclosures
Effective June 10, 2026
Transparency is core to how Physiome works. This page explains how our content is produced and the important limits on how it should be used.
Our content is AI-assisted and fully disclosed
Physiome’s educational content is published under disclosed-AI brand channels — for example, The Metabolic Brief or The Recovery Files. These are not real people. They are clearly labeled, AI-generated editorial channels that synthesize peer-reviewed research into plain-language summaries. No individual physician, editor, or author is represented as the human author of this content, and none should be inferred.
How we grade evidence
Where practical, claims are graded by the strength of the underlying evidence — for instance, randomized controlled trials and meta-analyses versus cohort, mechanistic, or early/emerging findings. Evidence grades are a guide to confidence, not a guarantee of outcome, and the science changes over time.
Educational information — not medical advice
The content, the Thrive Score, and any protocol or product suggestion on Physiome are provided for general educational and informational purposes only. They are not medical advice and are not a substitute for professional diagnosis, treatment, or the judgment of a qualified clinician who knows your individual circumstances.
No doctor–patient relationship
Using Physiome’s educational surfaces does not create a doctor–patient relationship between you and Physiome or any contributor. Reading our content, viewing a score, or seeing a suggested protocol does not constitute clinical care. (Clinical services offered through Telios are delivered by licensed providers under separate consent and clinical terms presented at the point of care.)
Always consult a clinician
Do not disregard, avoid, or delay seeking professional medical advice because of something you read here. Talk to a qualified clinician before starting, stopping, or changing any supplement, medication, peptide, hormone therapy, exercise, or diet — especially if you are pregnant or nursing, have a medical condition, or take prescription medication. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or emergency services immediately.
Commerce and affiliate disclosure
Physiome may earn revenue or commissions when you purchase first-party products through the Aevum storefront or follow links to affiliate partners. These relationships never change our commitment to grading content by evidence; product suggestions are informational and remain subject to applicable state regulations.
