Terms of Service
Effective June 10, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Physiome and its related surfaces, including the Aevum storefront and the Telios telehealth experience (together, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for safeguarding your credentials, and for all activity under your account.
What Physiome is — and is not
Physiome is an educational and informational platform. The Thrive Score, content channels, and protocol suggestions are general information and are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and they do not create a doctor–patient relationship. Always consult a qualified clinician before acting on anything you read or receive here. See our AI & medical disclosures for detail. Where clinical care is offered through Telios, it is governed by separate consent and clinical terms presented at the point of care.
Acceptable use
- Do not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
- Do not upload content you do not have the right to share, or another person’s data without authorization.
- Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
Commerce and third-party services
The Aevum storefront may offer first-party products and links to third-party vendors and affiliate partners. Purchases may be subject to additional vendor terms and to applicable state regulations. Third-party services you connect (such as wearables) are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Intellectual property
The Service, including its content, design, and trademarks, is owned by Physiome or its licensors and is protected by law. You retain ownership of the data you upload; you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service and provide features to you.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information will produce a particular health outcome.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Physiome and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or its users.
Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms as the product evolves; material changes are reflected by updating the effective date above. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the applicable state in which Physiome operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
